Colorband Dyestuff Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1999. We are today one of India’s leading manufacturers of dyestuffs and intermediates, with a strong customer base in the domestic textile industry.

Our manufacturing facility is located 422 kms south of Mumbai the financial capital of India, in a green belt development area of 7,000 sq. mts. The independent plant stands at Block No. 243, Ekalbara Village, Padra Taluka, Vadodara Dist.

The facility has an installed capacity of 24,000 MT/annum for disperse / reactive and other dyes, and employs 80 technical and 150 semi-technical people. It is well-connected to key Indian markets via road and rail.

We were until recently focussed on catering to the needs of the Indian market. Our products and presence is today well established in India, with a sales network in all the important textile centres.

Colorband also exports to countries like Bangladesh, Indonesia, Kenya, Korea, Mexico, Nepal, Peru, South Africa and Sri Lanka.

Quality Control Laboratory

Our fully-equipped Quality Control laboratory is mandated to test and ensure that strict quality control is exercised from raw material purchase to finished products. This ensures that our products are in compliance with the international standards acceptable in the dyes industry.

The facility is divided into three divisions:

  • Analytical Laboratory
  • Instrumentation Laboratory
  • Dyeing Laboratory

Analytical Laboratory

This laboratory incorporates full-fledged facilities for carrying out qualitative and quantitative analysis by conventional methods.

Instrument Laboratory

This laboratory is equipped with modern instruments like:

  • U. V. Visible Spectrometer
  • High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
  • Gas Chromatography
  • Colour Computer Matching Spectrometer
  • Partied Size Analyser

Dyeing Laboratory

This laboratory is equipped with a beaker, dyeing machine, spray dryer and other conventional facilities for dyeing of polyester /blended fabrics. Dyeing is carried out against a standard sample, and preserved in a separate sample preservation room.
